With living in the Tri-City area for so many years, Kelly is definitely the smart choice when dealing with Real Estate in town!   She has seen the area go from cauliflower fields and empty fields to the great Tri-City area we are today.  Kely is extremely familiar with different neighborhoods and the floor plans in the homes, school district boundary lines,  and facts about the area surrounding each neighborhood. 

Kelly was raised in Newark and attended school at Holy Spirit  Schoolin Fremont and Moreau High School in Hayward.  She went on and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the California State University of Chico.  After graduation, she moved to Orlando Florida where she worked for the Orlando Magic Basketball Team and The Arena Football team, The Orlando Predators.  She specialized in Sales and Marketing and was an Assistant Director of Sales for both teams, and it is also where she found her husband Marty. 

Kelly  & Marty moved back "home" to the Bay Area 11 years ago and decided to start a family. Kelly & Marty have 2 wonderful children and two dogs. Kelly and her family enjoy swimming, attending all kinds of sporting events, the beach and traveling to new places.   Kelly is actively involved in the Holy Spirit CYO Program and enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible.   As a working wife and mother,  she has found  Real Estate to be a completely rewarding career that allows her to meet great people and still have time for family.  

Kelly began her Real Estate Career 5 years ago and specialized in loans.  She joined Keller Williams in 2005 and has done phenoninally well.  In her first year with Keller Williams she was named "Rookie of the Year" and was awarded The gold medallion award for nationwide agents who are top producers within the company.  Kelly also serves on The Agent Leadership Councel for Keller Williams and assists with instructing other agents in regards to selling Real Estate.

Kelly attributes her success to understanding her clients and listening to them. She believes that listineing to your client's wants and needs and  having open communications makes every transaction smoother and provides the "Win-Win" for everyone!  "  Integrity, Honesty and Open Communication are the foundation on which I am building my business.  Putting Clients above everything else and making sure that they (the client) have the knowledge and the information to make an educated decision when buying or selling a home is essential in all of my transactions.  Without these things, I would not have a business and I would not be successful.  I believe in these things!"
